We are building a library of masterclasses for the HR leaders, founders and people teams who buy Mothermind at Work, and the employees they support through fertility, pregnancy, loss and parenthood. If you are a specialist with something useful to say, we would love to hear from you.
We are curating a small, trusted library, not a content farm. Each masterclass earns its place. Our members and the HR leaders they answer to will see your name next to ours, so the bar is intentionally high.
This is a collaboration, not a paid gig. You bring your expertise and your audience. We bring ours. Both grow from being introduced. Here is what you get when your masterclass goes live.
01
HR directors, founders, and people leads at law firms, finance houses, veterinary groups and hospitality brands. The buyers, not the bystanders.
02
Your own contributor page on Mothermind, with your photo, bio, backlinks to your website and LinkedIn, and your masterclass embedded. Share it like a portfolio piece.
03
Use the Mothermind contributor badge on your LinkedIn and website. Being part of a curated specialist library lands differently than another podcast appearance.
04
Members and HR leaders ask us who to talk to. When your topic comes up, we point at you.
We commission three formats. Pick the one that suits your topic and style best, or apply for more than one. You record the material - we handle the polish, the hosting, the title cards, captions, chapter markers and your contributor page.
45 to 60 minutes
Your signature teaching piece. A single, deep session on a topic you know inside out, taught the way you would teach it to a thoughtful client. We host it in the member portal and embed it on your own contributor page so you can share it like a portfolio piece. Best when you have a clear framework, story or method you want people to actually use.
3 to 6 episodes, 3 to 8 minutes each
Your masterclass topic, broken into bite-sized episodes designed to be watched between meetings, on a commute or during a feed. Each short stands on its own and ends with one thing the viewer can take away that day. Perfect for behavioural topics, daily practices or anything where small, repeated nudges land better than one long sit-down.
30 to 45 minutes, conversational
A relaxed, interview-style conversation that introduces you, the path that brought you here, and why your topic matters to the people we support. We host, we ask the questions, you bring the perspective. Ideal if your strength is in dialogue and storytelling rather than to-camera teaching, or as a warm introduction before a fuller masterclass.
Something a viewer will actually do differently after watching. Not a lecture. Not a sales pitch in disguise.
Evidence-informed where you make clinical claims. References listed alongside your content. Lived experience clearly named where that is your basis.
A take that feels like yours. We are building a library of voices, not duplicates.
Tell us who you are and what you want to teach. Allow about 20 minutes.
A short call to sense-check fit and shape the brief.
In your own time, to our quality standards.
We add the title card, captions, and your contributor page goes live.
Our members meet you and your expertise, and your name travels with the work.
We protect our members and our brand carefully. That means there is paperwork. We have made it as readable as we could. Please download and read both before you apply. By submitting the application form you confirm you have read and agree to the Contributor Agreement, which is legally binding under UK electronic signature law.
No. We do not pay contributors and we are honest about that upfront. What you get instead is visibility, a credible association, your own bio page with backlinks, and warm referrals from us when your topic comes up. That trade only works if it works for you. If it does not, this is not the right fit.
45 to 60 minutes. Long enough to be useful. Short enough to actually be watched.
You do. We do not film for contributors. Our content guidelines spell out the quality bar. Audio matters, make sure you have a good microphone. We will ask you to re-record if it does not meet standards, which protects you as much as us.
We host it and embed it in the member portal so members can watch it inside their Mothermind experience.
Yes, if you hold the rights to share it and any music or footage in it is licensed for use. You send us the original file, not a YouTube link. We will judge an existing video on the same basis as a fresh recording.
You can still contribute. We have four ways of labelling expertise on your page: registered professional, trained and certified practitioner, subject specialist, and lived experience. Each is treated as credible in its own right. Honesty about what you are matters more than which box you tick.
Yes, when you submit your masterclass. We only publish content built on the highest quality evidence base, so any factual claims, statistics or research you cite need full references (author, year, source). You do not need these at application stage, but you will be expected to supply them alongside your recording. Anything not supported by solid evidence should be framed clearly as your professional view or lived experience.

Allow yourself 20 minutes to do this properly. The form is detailed because the bar is high. If you cannot finish in one sitting, your answers are saved in this browser session, so consider drafting in a document first too.
